Your biggest goal,
broken down to today.

SnapStop splits every goal into six honest timeframes — yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily. Then it locks the apps stealing your attention and puts an AI companion in your corner. The only thing left to do is the next small thing.

The cascade

One goal. Six timeframes. No overwhelm.

A five-year goal is paralysing. A twenty-minute task isn't. SnapStop keeps both on the same screen — and shows you exactly how today's action rolls up into the thing you actually want. Hover a layer.

What's inside

Built to close the gap between wanting and doing

🎯

Goal cascade

Set one goal and watch it break itself into yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily steps. Every layer knows what it owes the one above it.

🔒

Focus lock

Choose the apps that eat your day and put them behind a lock — for minutes or for weeks. No back doors, no "just five minutes." Your schedule, enforced.

💬

AI companion

An assistant that can actually see your goals, talk them through with you, and suggest the next move when you're stuck. Not a chatbot bolted on — a coach that knows the plan.

🔥

Streaks & progress

Daily wins stack into visible momentum. See the streak, feel the pull, and watch the top-level goal inch closer every time you show up.

How it works

Three moves, then you just show up

01

Name the goal

Type what you want by this time next year. SnapStop cascades it down into every timeframe automatically — you can adjust any layer, but you never start from a blank page.

02

Lock the noise out

Pick the apps that pull you off course and set a lock window. When focus time starts, they're gone — and today's step is the thing in front of you instead.

03

Let the companion carry you

Stuck, drifting, or ahead of schedule? The AI companion reads your goals and tells you the next honest move — then keeps the streak alive with you.

Questions

Good to know

What actually is SnapStop?

A daily-focus app. You give it a big goal, it breaks that goal down across six timeframes so you always know today's step, it blocks the apps that distract you, and an AI companion helps you stay on the plan.

How is the goal cascade different from a to-do list?

A to-do list is a flat pile of tasks. The cascade is a chain: your daily task exists because it serves this week, which serves this month, which serves the year. Nothing is busywork — every step is tied to the goal at the top.

Does the app blocking really stop me?

You set the lock window and the apps it covers. During that window they stay locked — the point is to remove the "just this once" negotiation entirely, so focus is the default instead of the fight.

What can the AI companion do?

It can see your goals, talk them through with you, and suggest what to do next when you're unsure or off track. Think of it as a coach that already knows your whole plan, not a generic chatbot.

When can I download it?

Android (Google Play and the Samsung Galaxy Store) in September 2026, and iOS (Apple App Store) in January 2027. Waitlist members get in during the private beta, well before either store launch.
